Information we use
Your name, email address, company if provided, selected project type, message and the information needed to protect the form from spam.
Purpose and basis
We use this information to review and respond to your enquiry, discuss potential work and take steps you request before entering into a contract. Our bases are taking pre-contractual steps and our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries. We do not add form users to a marketing list.
Service providers
The form is processed by Web3Forms and protected by hCaptcha. The resulting message is delivered to a Gmail mailbox. These providers may process technical and submission data under their own privacy terms.
Retention
We normally keep enquiry correspondence for up to 12 months after the last contact, unless a client relationship begins or we must keep it longer for legal reasons. Web3Forms is configured to delete stored form submissions after 30 days.
Your rights
You may ask us for access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection where applicable by emailing us. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
